It is easy to be overwhelmed when first preparing raw food dishes. 
Keep in mind that raw food diets should be made up of mostly simple,
unprocessed organic foods.  If you find yourself stressing about preparing
food, you may need to take a step back and simplify!

Here are some super easy recipe ideas:
 
1.  Fresh fruit salad - no dressing needed!
 
2.  Vegetable salad or vegetable slaw with raw dressing
(simple raw dressings - Raw tahini with fresh lemon juice,
fresh squeezed orange juice with dill,
raspberries blended with apple cider vinegar)
 
3.  Medjool dates stuffed with raw almonds
 
4.  Vegetable tray with any variety of veggies
with optional dipping sauce or pate
 
5.  Celery sticks stuffed with cut up vegetables
(such as food processed red pepper, carrot and onion)
or nut pate (any variety)
 
6.  Collard/lettuce wraps filled with thinly sliced vegetables
(use toothpicks to hold together)
 
7.  Raw nori sheets wrapped around any fresh vegetables, sprouts
and optional nut pate
 
8.  Slices of zucchini or yellow squash topped with lettuce, tomato,
sprouts, and any other vegetable
(can also top with any vegetable or nut pate)
 
9.  If you have a juicer or blender, make a juice, smoothie or raw soup
 
10.  Super simple - grapes, strawberries or other bite-sized seasonal fresh fruit
